Refund Policy

We know that you will love The Fit First Responders products and services. However, if you’re unhappy for a reason, this is our refunds, returns, and subscriptions cancellation policy.

Digital Items
There are no refunds on products delivered in electronic (digital) format. All sales are final. No exceptions.

Physical Items - First 30 Days
If you paid full-price, and you are dissatisfied at any time during the first thirty (30) days after purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you, the original box and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back if the item(s) were not worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. You will not be refunded the shipping cost and there will be a processing fee associated.

On sale price items there are no refunds. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. All such sales are final. No exceptions.

Physical Items - After 30 Days

Refund Or Exchange Amount
If you are eligible for a refund on a physical product, you will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes. You will not be refunded the original shipping charges. There will be a processing fee deducted.

For exchanges of an eligible physical product, you will be credited the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes.

How To Ship Returns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a full-priced item, please email your order information to customerservice@FitFirstResponders.com and we will send you a return form to complete.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products must be shipped at your expense with a completed return form and copy of your purchase receipt to the address listed below:

Returned products must be in resell condition in the original box (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good unused condition).

Risk of Loss
We do not take title to a returned physical product until we receive it. In limited circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may issue a full or partial refund without the return of a physical product you purchased from us. If we issue such a refund without a product return, we do not take title to the physical product that has not been returned.

Subscription Cancellations
If you want to cancel a subscription, please contact us to make your cancellation request.

When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.

Contacting Us
Email your refund or subscription cancellation request to customerservice@FitFirstResponders.org Please include the words "Refund Request" or “Subscription Cancellation” in the subject line of your email.

When you communicate with us by email concerning a request for a refund or subscription cancellation, you are agreeing that we can respond to you by email or other electronic means of communication.

To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund or cancelled your subscription. We want satisfied customers.

This Policy and Customer Agreements
Any customer agreement between us supersedes this policy to the extent there is any conflict with the terms and conditions of the customer agreement.

GDPR Fees
Any fees charged to process a request made under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), whether the processing is voluntary or by legal mandate, are not eligible for a refund.
